But is it something that could truly change the course of your life? Totally.

For me, that new concept changed my life as I was able to eventually hit my health targets after 12 years of fighting with my body image and food issues. But as soon as I modified my perspective of what I was attempting to attain, everything I had wished for came to me. So try it on for size and see if it might work for you. Make a total commitment to keeping healthy and watch how much your body will change in the short term too.
