It is definitely a good idea to have your own recipe to follow when you are the one preparing the food your family eats. They are more delectable because they are filled with your love, after all. If you want an example of homemade recipe, then you should try soy crisps. For this, you only need flour, butter, milk, sugar, seasonings, eggs, yeast, and soybean powder.

The first thing to do in making this food would be mixing yeast and milk. You need three-eights cups of the yeast and half a cup of the lukewarm milk. Mix the two ingredients together. After that, let the mix sit in for at least fifteen to twenty minutes. You will be using the mix together with the other ingredients later.

While the yeast and milk is sitting, you will have to mix the sugar and milk as well. Half a cup of the milk should be added with plain sugar. Use the small mixing bowl for mixing these particular ingredients together. A dash of the seasonings you have prepared should be added as well. Soft butter and eggs should then be added later.

The soybean powder is considered to be the base of this recipe. Thus, you have to prepare this with care. The soybean powder will be mixed with three cups plain flour. Use a large bowl to mix these two together. Use your hands to mix them too so you should make sure to keep our hands clean and sanitized.

Mix all of the prepared ingredients together. First, add the yeast and milk mixture into the large bowl with the mixture of soybean powder and flour. After that, add in the prepared milk and sugar mixture. This will create a dough that you will have to let rise for two hours in a covered, warm place.

While the dough is rising, you have to prepare the other things you will be needing in the said recipe. This is, in particular, the cooking sheets. You have to prepare it so that it can be ready for when the dough is to be placed in the oven. In preparing the cooking sheets, you will just have to rub it with oil.

After two hours and when the dough prepared is already ready, you have to get your rolling pin. Through the use of the rolling pin, you have to prepare the ready dough until it flattens. If it is already a flat dough, you should then put it on the prepared cooking sheets rubbed with the cooking oil.

In another bowl, you got to beat an egg. This is necessary for the final touches for your dough before it is placed inside the oven. You will need your basting brush, dip it into the beaten egg, and brush it up on your flat dough. It makes your dough even tastier once you are done baking.

Place the dough with the final touches of brushed egg into your oven. The oven must be on medium heat to cook your dough at just the right temperature. Fifteen minutes should be enough to cook the dough. After fifteen minutes, take it from the oven and let it cool. Once cooled, break the crispies. You can then serve it after that.
